* NOTE * Please check all addresses carefully. MONSIEUR MARCEL guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. We will attempt to contact you via the phone number and email address provided on your order if we are unable to deliver your package to the address provided. If we are unable to contact you, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.

REFUND POLICY

You may return products sold by MONSIEUR MARCEL for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
• You must notify MONSIEUR MARCEL prior to requesting a refund.
• Your refund request must be received within 10 days of your receipt of the product.
