Filotea's long square pasta strands made using ancient recipe from Marche, with the use of finest eggs and flour resulting in textured pasta that absorbs the sauce very well. Colored and flavored with squid ink giving them a beautiful deep black color and sea flavor. Serve with seafood and fish sauces, also goes well with olive oil and grated bottarga.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs (30%), wheat flour (00 type), squid ink (3%). May contain traces of soybeans.
