This Traditional Real Mint Sauce concentrate can be diluted or used as is straight from the jar. A sweet and intense mint accompaniment, wonderful with lamb, or for a more traditional, less sweet taste, mix with white wine vinegar and toss with vegetables for a light flavorful marinade.

Ingredients: mint (31%), raw cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, gelling agent: citrus pectin, sea salt, concentrated lemon juice.
