Ruth Kennison is the resident chocolate. diva and founder of the Santa Monica Chocolate Society. Recently dubbed "L.A.'s bean to bar chocolate queen" by KCRW's Good Food host Evan Kleinman, she is among a select group of instructors in the U.S. teaching bean-to-bar chocolate making, and her classes and private workshops are extremely popular with professionals and recreational chefs alike.
