Sweet red peppers blended with vinegar and a pinch of mildly spicy Espelette pepper from the Basque Region. Thick, fresh and pulp-filled, this fruit pulp vinegar is ideal to deglaze poultry, to season grilled vegetables, green salads and epicurean salads.
Ingredients: alcohol vinegar 42%, red pepper pulp 40%, granulated sugar, thickening apple pectin, espelette pepper 0.5%
