Produced on Agrilia Estate, a family-owned grove on the small island of Antiparos swept by the Aegean Sea breeze and under the warm Mediterranean sun. This early Agrilia Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil  comes from handpicked olives harvested in early October when they are still green. 

Best consumed raw on top of almost any food. It pairs perfectly with salads, grilled or steamed meat, poultry, ceviche, soups, legumes, soft cheeses, pizza and pasta.
