BELAZU CURED LEMON PASTE 170g
Following traditional preserving techniques for a zesty and velvety Primofiore lemon paste with a salty finish. The Primofiore lemon is from Murcia in Spain and is known for its thick and juicy, acidic centre. Made into a paste with a creamy, almost curd-like texture, it has big, bright and bold lemon flavours, without the sharp acidity of fresh lemon.
It can be added to marinades for meats, fish and vegetables, or used as a marinade on its own, for tagines, braises and stews.
