Madhu honors this spice by showcasing it within a bar of dark chocolate, so they paired Diaspora's Single Origin Arnaya Pepper with a 68% cacao bar made with beans from the Idukki Hills region of India. The fruity, chocolatey notes of the black pepper infuse readily with the spicy, dried fruit flavors of the cacao. Together, they are a beautiful expression of the breadth of Kerala.
