MADHU CHOCOLATE BLACK PEPPER 68%

In the northern hills of Kerala lies the village of Thirunelly. It is there that Diaspora Co. sources their amazing black pepper from their many vines. Madhu honors this spice by showcasing it within a bar of dark chocolate, so they paired Diaspora's Single Origin Arnaya Pepper with a 68% cacao bar made with beans from the Idukki Hills region of India. The fruity, chocolatey notes of the black pepper infuse readily with the spicy, dried fruit flavors of the cacao. Together, they are a beautiful expression of the breadth of Kerala.
