This 100% Raw Local Wildflower Honey has a traditional, more flowery honey flavor and is a great all-around honey containing the widest variety of pollens 'local' to Los Angeles County. This honey varies in color throughout the year from light golden to darker amber, depending on which flowers the bees have visited. Pure raw, unfiltered, unheated, US Grade "A" honey. It is harvested in April and May and made from the nectar of wildflowers our honey bees gather in the San Gabriel Mountains of Los Angeles County. Truly a local honey.
