The “Grossane” olive is mainly found in the “Vallée des Baux de Provence”. It is used for the preparation of table olives or for oil. Although the yield is low, this olive is highly regarded for its superior quality. The olives are picked when ripe and very quickly transformed into olive oil. TASTING NOTES: “Grossane” olive oil has specific aromas of grapefruit and red fruits evolving towards candied lemon.
