Nicole and her daughter Sophie: the fruit of labor is a family affair. Their recipies jams of Alsace are directly inspired by the family know-how! Cooked in old copper cauldron, the range consists of a hundred varieties: traditional jams and jelly unions but also unusual fruits, flowers and spices! The fruits are hand crafted in small quantities to preserve all their aroma. Before cooking, they are macerated with sugar bowls in stainless steel at least for 12 hours.
