SOMA BACHELOR'S HALL, JAMAICA DARK CHOCOLATE 70% 65g

Desmond, a close friend of the chocolate-makers at Soma, is part farmer-philosoper-madman (all the right traits for growing incredible cacao) and owns Bachelor Hall Estates, left to him by his grandfather. Fed by two fresh water springs, his farm is in a unique location in the nutrient rich valley between the majestic Blue and John Crow mountains. Seedlings were originally transplanted from Trinidad in the 1800s. Today the cacao grows naturally, without the use of fertilizers, surrounded by coconut palms.
