Deep in the south of Puglia, these tomatoes are cultivated, hand picked, and marinated with herbs and spices. These small and tender sweet tomatoes are dried in the sun of Puglia like they did centuries ago and preserved in extra virgin olive oil and are ready to eat. Use them on bread, in a sauce, or vegetable stir fry.


Ingredients: Cherry sundried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, capers, unrefined sea salt, hot pepper, apple vinegar, aromatic herbs, fresh mint, garlic, lemon juice.
