Our lemons preserved in salt and marinated in olive oil are carefully prepared by hand.  Thanks to our recipe, the peel of the lemons is softened and made less bitter. They bring a fresh and tangy taste to your fish or white meat dishes. Or use them to  decorate a baked sea bass or a chicken tagine with almonds and green olives.
