Shipping

How do I Track my order?

All the tracking information for your online order will be included in the confirmation email. Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days after confirmation and may take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. For overseas deliveries, shipping can take anywhere from 7-16 days. If you experience any issues with tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at help@mrmarcel.com.

Do you offer free Shipping?

Yes! We’re offering free shipping & delivery on orders of $150 or more for a limited time. Once your order total (after any discounts) reaches $150, we’ll cover your shipping costs up to $20. If your shipping cost is more than $20, you’ll just pay the difference. This offer is not valid on catering or international orders, and orders containing alcohol may exceed the $20 credit due to handling and signature fees. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and will be added at checkout. Some items are restricted in certain countries, you will be contacted if your order includes any of these. Please note we are unable to ship perishable food items at the moment, these are only available for local delivery (10 mile radius of our store) and store pickup.

Additionally, Due to recent changes in tariffs and customs regulations in various countries, international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Monsieur Marcel does not cover these fees and will only issue a refund if the order is returned to us.

Our team will be reaching out via email to get your confirmation that you understand and agree to these terms before your shipment is sent.

Do you ship alcohol?

We only ship alcohol to California addresses at the moment. We also offer local delivery of alcoholic products via Uber within a 10-mile radius of our store.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away at help@mrmarcel.com and include a photograph of the damaged contents and the packaging.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

We totally get how frustrating that is. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, and they usually arrive within 48 hours. Because of this, we kindly ask that you wait the full 48 hours before we can begin a redelivery or replacement process. In the meantime, check with neighbors or around your delivery spot—packages are often just hiding nearby!

Return Policy

We accept returns of both food items and home goods within 14 days of delivery, with the following conditions:


Food Items(non-perishable): Must be unopened and undamaged.

Home Goods: May be returned if unused, even if opened. Please note: a small restocking fee (typically 15%) may apply to certain items if the outer packaging has been opened.

Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Local Delivery & Pickup

How do I order local delivery or pickup?

All of our items are eligible for same day local delivery & pickup (if ordered before 2 PM), excluding catering items that require 24 hours notice to prepare.

How do I track my local delivery?

Local delivery is carried out via Doordash, Uber, etc. When your order is picked up you will receive a notification. If you have any concerns or a delivery is late please reach out to us at help@mrmarcel.com or call the store at (323) 605-9205, you will reach a cashier who can direct your call.

How long will you hold my pickup order for?

We will hold your items for 7 days after the original pickup date. If your order is not picked up by the end of the 7th day and we haven’t been able to reach you by phone or email, it will be canceled and refunded.

Why is there a Temporary hold on my order?

Since we many sell products by weight, the total amount may change based on the actual weight you get. A temporary hold is placed for the estimated total, but you'll only be charged for the exact weight. This hold also applies if a replacement item has a different price. We'll confirm any changes with you first, and any extra money held will be refunded once your order is complete.

Alcohol Delivery

How do I know if I can receive an alcohol delivery?

A delivery driver or our delivery personnel will check your government-issued ID to confirm you are of legal drinking age before completing the delivery. You must also not be visibly intoxicated.

What happens if my alcohol order is undeliverable?

If you're unable to present a valid ID showing you're of legal drinking age, or if you appear visibly intoxicated, the alcohol order will be deemed undeliverable. In such cases, you won’t receive the alcohol, and we may process a return or refund, depending on the situation.

How do I get a refund for undelivered alcohol?

If your alcohol order is deemed undeliverable due to an issue like age verification or intoxication, we may process a refund or credit according to our policies.

When you sign up for our newsletter, you'll receive a one-time 10% discount to use in our online store. This offer is valid on most items, but excludes event tickets, select catering items, and subscription products.
