Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and will be added at checkout. Bulky orders might have an additional charge, but we will reach out to confirm any changes.
It depends on where you are. Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days after the order is confirmed and can take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away at info@mrmarcel.com and include a photograph of the damaged contents and the packaging.
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees.
