4. Product Information & Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes are added at the end of checkout and are not included on product pages.
• Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all products and services in your order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders if discrepancies are discovered.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Alcohol Sales

• We only ship alcohol within California and offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our store.
• All alcohol deliveries require proof of age and a signature upon delivery or pickup.
• Alcohol cannot be shipped internationally or to other U.S. states at this time.

6. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy governs all order processing, shipping, local delivery, and international shipping rules. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Returns & Refunds
