Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days; international orders may take 7–16 business days.
  • Please note that during the holiday season, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

2. Free Shipping Offer

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum Purchase: $150 after discounts, promo codes (including newsletter sign-ups), or tip amounts.
  • Shipping Credit: We cover up to $20 of shipping. If costs exceed $20, you pay the difference.
  • Exclusions: Catering, subscriptions and international orders are not eligible.
  • Per Order Basis: Orders cannot be combined to reach the $150 minimum.
  • No Limit: Multiple qualifying orders are allowed during the promotion period.
  • Returns & Adjustments: If returned or out-of-stock items reduce your total below $150, you are responsible for the original shipping cost.
  • Orders Containing Alcohol: Adult signature and handling fees may result in shipping costs above $20.
  • Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail and UPS Expedited are at standard rates and not part of this promotion.

Additional Terms

  • Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.
  • We reserve the right to modify or end the offer at any time without notice.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship throughout the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Perishable food items cannot be shipped; they are only available for local delivery (within 10 miles) or in-store pickup.
  • Certain items may be restricted in some countries. We will contact you before shipping if your order includes restricted products.
  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not provide refunds for orders refused due to customs charges.
  • Our team will confirm via email that you agree to these international shipping terms before sending your order.

4. Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our store.
  • Delivery times vary depending on order volume and availability.
  • You’ll be notified via email when your order is on the way.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable or age-restricted items at the delivery address.

5. Alcohol Shipments

  • We only ship alcohol within California and provide local delivery within 10 miles.
  • All alcohol deliveries require proof of age and a signature upon delivery or pickup.
  • Alcohol cannot be shipped internationally or to other U.S. states at this time.

6. Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, email help@mrmarcel.com with clear photos of the items and internal and external packaging.
  • Once verified, we will assist in arranging a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Packages may sometimes be marked “delivered” before arrival. Allow up to 48 hours after delivery scan.
  • Check with neighbors or around your delivery location before contacting us.
  • If your package does not arrive after 48 hours, email help@mrmarcel.com for assistance with claims or replacements.

8. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • Food items (non-perishable) must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Home goods may be returned if unused. A 15% restocking fee may apply if outer packaging is opened.
  • Refunds cover item cost only; return shipping is not included. Processed within 7 business days after we receive the return.

9. Delivery Issues & Liability

  • Monsieur Marcel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, though we assist with lost or delayed packages as noted above.
