This marmalade is made from Sicilian Blood Oranges (arancia rossa), a smaller variety of the sweet orange with a vibrant, crimson flesh. The flavor is both sharp and sweet, balanced perfectly by a citrus zing and lingering hints of sweetness. Try it with your breakfast breads, drizzled over gelato, or as a zesty cake filling.
