To give your order the best chance of reaching you by Christmas Eve, we recommend placing it by December 14. When should I place my order for the best chance of delivery by December 24th?
To give your order the best possible chanceof arriving by December 24, we recommend placing it by Saturday, December 14. Orders placed after this date will still be prepared with care and shipped promptly, but may arrive after Christmas depending on carrier timelines.
Does ordering by December 14 guarantee Christmas delivery?
While December 14 is our recommended cutoff, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve. Shipping carriers experience higher-than-usual volumes during December, and transit times can vary. Ordering early is the most reliable way to ensure your gifts arrive in time.
What should I do if my package shows as delivered but isn’t there?
Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered before it reaches your doorstep. If this happens, please allow 48 business hours for it to appear. Packages often arrive during this window. If it still hasn't been delivered after 48 hours, reach out to us at help@mrmarcel.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you offer expedited shipping for the holidays?
At this time, we are not able to guarantee expedited holiday delivery. All orders will ship according to our standard fulfillment process to ensure consistency and care.
Can you ship internationally for holiday orders?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that international carriers and customs offices experience seasonal delays. For the smoothest experience, we recommend placing international orders as early as possible.
What happens if I order after December 14?
We will continue to fulfill and ship orders after the 14th. If you’re hoping for arrival by Christmas Eve, we encourage ordering early, but please understand delivery timing will ultimately depend on the carrier.
