Combier Absinthe Blanchette is a traditional Swiss-style clear absinthe first created in 1899 in Saumur, France by Distillery Combier. Handcrafted in antique copper stills, it is distilled with Spanish green anise, organic Loire Valley wormwood, Roman wormwood, Provençal fennel, and hyssop in a neutral grape spirit. The result is a refined absinthe with herbal complexity and a gently rounded sweetness. Traditionally served diluted with cold water, it also brings distinctive character to classic cocktails.
