Cuna de Piedra is an homage to Mexican cacao. This 73% dark chocolate and Mezcal bar is made from 100% Maguey Espadín Mexcal in Santiago Matatlán, a town located in the central valleys of Oaxaca and considered to be the “world capital of mezcal”. The agaves were crushed in a stone mill, the liquid is fermented in oak vats, double distilled in copper stills and rested in white oak barrels for 2 years.
