Fruits harvested by farmers in our region of southern Burgundy and Périgord. This amber-colored oil is a deliciously balanced authentic product bringing together fruity and bitter notes at the same time. Rich in omega 6, it plays a role in cell regeneration, the immune system and prevents cardiovascular risks. Walnut oil goes perfectly with salads and raw vegetables (endive, green beans, celery, carrots) and its flavor will be pleasantly enhanced with sherry or balsamic vinegar. In baking it can be combined with apples and pears.
