Za'atar in Arabic means "thyme". A blend of thyme, white sesame and sumc. The za'atar is eaten during happy hours for example, with bread (Oriental) that is first diffed ina good olive oil and then in a cup of za'atar. To sprinkle generously also on a salad of tomatoes, cucumber or simple lettuce.
