These Calissons are hand crafted at Le Petit Duc in Saint Rémy de Provence following an ancient recipe. Using only the purest ingredients of the highest quality: almonds from Aix, confit melons and oranges. Le Petit Duc creates calissons that remain tender. Their texture and flavor are extremely harmonious without any excess of sugar.

Ingredients: almonds 39%, sugar, melon, glucose fructose syrup, sun-dried orange peel, egg, sucrose, wafer (potato starch, vegetal oil), lemon juice. Produced in a factory that handles dairy, pistachios and gluten.
