The crimson wine colored orange makes a great marmalade, it's particular sweetness is mellowed with just a suggestion raspberry. Since Moorish times in Sicily, this fruit has captured the imagination, and our marmalade is no exception. A great wake up call for your toast or English muffin, it is simply divine as a glaze with cilantro or thyme on halibut or shrimp. As a saucy combination with white wine and rosemary over pork, or included in your favorite vinaigrette drizzled on avocado slices, amazing!
