Can I sign up if I'm outside LA?

Of course! The Well-Stocked Pantry Subscription ships anywhere in the US - unless you add a wine pairing, then by law we ship only to addresses in California. We also offer local pick up and delivery for all orders, with or without alcohol.

When will my first order arrive?

Our seasonal subscriptions are fulfilled quarterly in December, March, June, and September. Your inaugural collection depends on your joining date: enrolling in October reserves your first box for December, while joining in January places your delivery in March. To ensure seamless planning, we will send a friendly reminder approximately 10 days before fulfillment with your exact pickup, shipping, or delivery schedule, which takes place in the second week of the month.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed quarterly, on the 18th day of the month. The delivery window will begin the Friday of the third week of the month. For instance, payment for your December collection is processed on December 18th, and delivery is December 18th-21st. This allows our team ample time to thoughtfully source and curate your selection.

What if I need to pause or skip a delivery?

You can skip a delivery, pause your membership, or cancel at any time prior to the billing deadline directly through your account at mrmarcel.com. Quick, convenient, and entirely self-serve.

How do I modify my order or flavor profile?

To adjust your regular selections, whether adding a wine pairing, switching subscription type, or updating your preferences, simply drop us a note at help@mrmarcel.com and we will gladly assist you.

How are dietary restrictions and allergies handled?
