This super versatile blend can be used in lots of ways in addition to bruschetta. It makes a superb marinade for grilled chicken with a little olive oil, lime juice, S & P. It's also great in sautéed or grilled vegetables, or added to tomato sauce. Great sprinkled onto all types of salads.
