We really love liquorice here in Sweden. So we decided to combine our favorite cacao from Öko Caribe in Dom. Rep, the best liquorice from Calabria in Italy, and unrefined sea salt that has been smoked for about 5-6 days using pure beech wood shavings. The result is a full-bodied and well-balanced bar, with a long and clean aftertaste - Just the way we want it.
