Natural Mayonnaise is made in Alsace with our mustard and eggs from free-range chickens. This condiment sauce is sweet and creamy, with light vinegary notes. It is enjoyed with asparagus, hard-boiled eggs, meat or fish. Firm and creamy, they are made without any preservatives. The emulsion is made with our mustard, sunflower oil, dear to French culinary tradition, and egg yolk from free-range chickens in France.
